The Hire Shop opened its doors to modest beginnings in 1992, in Fontainebleau, Randburg. And has since become a household name and popular choice amongst homeowners, DIYers, small builders & contractors and large construction companies. We have 3 conveniently located branches in Randburg, Fourways & Weltevreden Park.

The Founding members, Bradley Glenn and Rodney Knowles, who are still very active in running the business, attribute their sound industry and equipment knowledge to the success of their business.

All equipment is serviced in-house at our workshop in Rabie Street, Randburg ensuring the client has reliable equipment on site all the time.

The Hire Shop has a well-maintained fleet of delivery vehicles and offers a delivery/collection service throughout the Greater Gauteng region.
